Nothing too much trouble, overall it’s excellent place with absolutely incredible staff upon our check-out. The venue met needs and we would happily return.

Overall it is a gorgeous and ideal hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the location was favourable to Jimbaran bay.

Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a security-conscious mall. The atmosphere created was calming.

The entrance is grand, rooms well decorated, beach is calm, and the saltwater pool is huge. The restaurants have amazing food, and the jazz bar is great for relaxation. a luxurious experience with excellent service.

I had a few problems upon arrival with the lights not working, cold shower water, and a stuck door. However, our butler at The St. Regis Bali Resort quickly attended to everything. The pool was beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff were very friendly and the setting was glamorous. The hotel grounds were expansive and well-maintained. The villa was amazing with a great pool, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and fantastic bathroom. The beach in front of the hotel was quiet, clean, and perfect for swimming. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my severe nut allergy, ensuring there was no cross contamination in the restaurants. I had a fantastic stay at The St. Regis Bali Resort and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially enjoying the Bali spa treatments and world-class Balinese couple massage by therapists Mei and Mundri. The lovely Receptionist Ms Yanti gave us all the details about the restaurants, bar, and pool on the paved pathway from other hotels in the public place. Our direct pool access villa in the garden had a comfy bed, useful bathroom, and a dining table. The restaurant in the middle of the big pool was great, and the breakfasts were world-class.

Some rooms may have limited TV channels with few options.

Beautiful grounds, great staff and quiet atmosphere. The beach area was lovely to stroll along and the private section was useful. Enjoyed the large selection of breakfast buffet items and the various lounge areas throughout the property.

The room was not as nice as expected and the bathroom had a strange smell. Found the food to be average and quite expensive compared to local options.

I would want to stay there again, enjoyed the hotel. In overall, the place is upscale, has very welcoming staff upon my check-out. They offer spotless, exquisite rooms with fresh towels and the Remede toiletries, for example.

Our weekend at this hotel was great. We loved the complementary activities that are offered, including yoga and snorkeling. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right on the beach with stunning views. One of the best aspects of our stay was the amazing pool, perfect for lounging and relaxing.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming.

The St. Regis in Bali exceeded our expectations with their impeccable service, stunning villas, and luxurious amenities. The staff, especially Sari and Sofyan, made our honeymoon extra special. The hotel greeted us with beautiful flowers and upgraded our villa. The private pool and lagoon pool were perfect, and the staff treated us like royalty at breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The resort is nestled in a beautiful garden area, providing a serene and peaceful environment. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with private pools in the villas providing a luxurious touch. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast options are delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.

It would have been even more delightful if there were more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.
